Excellent opportunity for a student seeking internship credit in the field of food, internet media or journalism. Flex your html skills, gain editing experience and work with Gael Greene, one of New York’s most influential and celebrated food writers. The intern will share responsibility for uploading content to site and newsletter, editing/copy-editing material and a variety of office tasks related to being a writer/journalist/restaurant critic. An interest in food is recommended. Opportunity for writing, reporting, photographing and occasional goodies

Insatiable-critic.com is the website of the author, novelist, former New York magazine restaurant critic, Gael Greene. The site is constantly updated with restaurant comment, food and travel news and gossip, book reviews and recipes. There is also a growing collection of vintage articles spanning 40 years of culinary writing.



Salary: unpaid, though some earning potential available



We’re hoping for a time commitment of 2 days/week, approximately 10 to 12 weekday hours.
